Checking Your Test Results
You can check your test results using any of the following methods:
1 – NHS App
Log in here: https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
2 – SystmOnline or the Airmid App
Log in here: https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/2/Login
3 – Telephone
Call the practice on 01388 811455 after 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
Important Information
- Some blood tests and scan results may take more than one week to be available.
- If your GP needs to arrange follow-up or further tests, you may receive a text message or phone call.
- If you have not heard anything after 2 weeks, please check your results via the NHS App, SystmOnline.or contacting the practice by telephone/in person. This helps ensure nothing is missed due to possible lab or IT errors.
Please Note
- Do not panic if your results show abnormalities — some may still be within normal limits for you.
- Receptionists are unable to interpret results, but they can arrange a discussion with a GP if needed.
- We operate a strict confidentiality policy and test results will only be released to the individual they relate to, unless prior consent has been given to share or discuss them with someone else.
