Our Reception team is usually your first point of contact with the Practice, whether you call us or visit the Reception desk. All our receptionists are fully trained and experienced, and you will find them friendly, polite, and approachable. They are here to help you in any way they can and to assist you as efficiently as possible.
The Reception area can become very busy at times, especially when several patients arrive or call at once. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding if this occasionally causes a delay in assisting you.
