Non NHS Services / Private Work Fees

Some services provided by the practice are not covered by the NHS and therefore incur a fee, payable in advance.

Patients must complete their personal details on any paperwork before submitting it.

If a physical examination is required, please arrange a longer appointment with reception.

Please allow up to 14 days for completion of paperwork
