Feedback Survey
As you may be aware your practice has recently implemented a new telephone system with the aim of improving your experience in contacting the practice. We are inviting patients who have accessed their practice by telephone in the last month to share their experience with us. The responses you provide will be used to inform future improvements for GP practice telephony systems.
For information, this survey is being conducted by the NHS North of England Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of NHS England and participation is entirely voluntary.
NOTE: Please do not include any personal details or details of health conditions. Information gathered from this survey will be shared to your practice, your local Integrated Care Board and NHS England to support the assessment of the benefits of the new telephone systems.
If you have a smartphone you can simply scan the QR code below to access the survey.

Thank you for your participation
Complaints
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible. To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately.
Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception. You can also go to our Complaints Policy Page for more information.

NHS On-Line
NHS 111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need to treat yourself at home or go to a Primary Care Centre. If you need face to face medical attention, you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC’s)
If you have a minor injury, 24/7, 365 days a year, you can go to a Minor Injuries Unit at:
- Bishop Auckland Hospital – DL14 6AD

The NHS belongs to us all. Lets use it responsibly. The way you use your NHS matters – using it wisely means we can develop and invest in local services to make your NHS fit for the future.
