Text Messaging Service
We offer a text message service for:
- Appointment reminders
- Important practice updates
- Messages from GPs regarding eConsults or test results
Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date, especially your mobile phone number. You can do this via the “Update Your Records” section on our website or ring/email the surgery.
NHS App Notifications
The NHS App allows you to receive messages directly from your GP surgery.
You will receive notifications when new messages are available. To ensure you don’t miss important updates:
- Enable notifications within the NHS App
- Check that notifications are also enabled in your device settings
